We didn’t decide on the term "hotel" lightheartedly. When creating the vision for our cattery we started by asking the question - "what would we want for our animals when we are away from them?"

We know that our pets are always at their happiest and most secure with their own family and in their own surroundings and a cattery, no matter how good, can never emulate that environment.

However, given that we can’t be there to provide that, we asked ourselves what would be the next best thing? We thought that in our absence we would want our pets to feel they are being "specialed" in some way treated like a valued guest, made to feel important and their needs and comfort are considered top priority like a top rate hotel
One year down the line we are pretty well convinced that we have achieved our goal with regard to offering top rate accommodation and care for our feline friends.

Our client feedback has been incredible and almost all have commented on how relaxed and happy their cats seem to be when they come to take them home. This state is not easily achieved but comes with taking the time to give each of our guests the special individual care and attention which helps them to settle and enables them to enjoy their stay with us.
