We didn’t decide on the term "hotel" light-heartedly. When creating the vision for our cattery we started by asking the question - "what do we want for our animals when we are away from them?"

We know that our pets are always at their happiest and most secure with their own family and in their own surroundings and a cattery, no matter how good, can never replace that special place – home!

So, when you can’t be there to provide that, what would be the next best thing?  We know that in our absence we would want our pets to feel they are being ‘specialed’ in some way - treated like a valued guest, made to feel important and their needs and comfort are considered top priority, just the way we are made to feel in a top rate hotel.

We know that we have achieved that goal and created that special place for your cats at CCH.  How do we know?  We have increased our clientele year on year and the number of repeat visits gets higher every year.  We have had such positive feedback from our clients but, to be honest, the relaxed demeanour of the cats speaks for itself and is feedback enough for us at CCH!

We are always very aware of other cats who are not in such a fortunate position in life as ours and yours, therefore for every cat that stays a week at Cottage Cat Hotel, we always make a donation to the Cat Protection League to help assist them in the great work they do!
